With the phone app and Bluetooth connectivity, this controller is the best I've ever used. I was using other controllers with the digital screens until the purchase. The app provides a significantly better experience than any digital on-controller screen could. Victron is my new go-to brand. This controller is used to manage the electric fence around my cattle pastures - I need something reliable to keep the cattle in and the wild hogs out.

Victron for the win ! It’s a no brainer, easy to manage through the app . I use multiple charge controllers in multiple locations for years . Won’t use any other brand . Never had a failure . (Knock on wood)

Great Product

This solar charge controller comes with Bluetooth and is a bit higher in price than the competition, but for good reason. Victron makes high quality products and backs them up with a 5-year warranty and support. You can adjust the amount of power it delivers to your batteries too. I have 800w of panels in a somewhat low light area and I'm able to bring in a solid 430w of power at the 15A charge setting (max for this controller) even in low light. Just don't go over the Voltage rating. 100V is a HARD limit, meaning if you surpass it, it will damage the controller. I'll need to upgrade it soon so I can get all the available power from my panels. I also love the integration between the different products and the open source nature of the company. The fact I can use a Raspberry Pi to run Victron's Venus OS and any good quality USB to TTY serial adapter to connect it all is a HUGE win for Victron. The phone app is also well designed and they even offer free logging of your data to their VRM web portal. I'll be coming back to Victron for more stuff in the near future.

I purchased this little Smart Solar MPPT charge controller specifically to allow me to connect a smaller folding panel array to my camper van. My van has 600 watts of panels on the roof running through a Victron Smart Solar 100|50 MPPT charge controller, along with a Victron Smart Shunt and an Orion Smart dc to dc charger. This will give me the ability to add another 200-300 watts to my system while parked. The Victron products synchronize beautifully and have never given me any trouble. And, yes, you can have 2 charge controllers supplying one battery bank ...5120 watt hours and using 80 % . Very happy.

Nice packaging, well-functioning phone app, built-in bluetooth that you don't need to pay extra for (hear that Renogy? although, in Renogy's defense, their controllers have a display, whereas this one- you really need to have the app to see what it's doing), small and easy to mount. Yes- pay a little extra and get a good MPPT controller rather than one of those cheap PWM ones for your RV solar setup. Seems to work great. I guess I do have one complaint. I have 10AWG wires going into it, which *barely* fit into the connectors. I think they're sized for 12 gauge. Granted, given the amp rating on this, 10 gauge is overkill.

High end unit, replaced an old pwm and the system got muck more effective, surpasses the old peak when cloudy, easily. The bluetooth is good as well.

Ich benutze den Batterieregler nun seit über einem 1/2 Jahr und bin wirklich begeistert von der Qualität und den Funktionen. Das Gerät wirkt äußerst hochwertig verarbeitet und bietet zahlreiche Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, die je nach Batterieart notwendig und sinnvoll sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sicheren und gut durchdachten Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Die Bluetooth-Unterstützung ist ein echtes Highlight, da sie eine einfache und flexible Anpassung des Reglers an die individuellen Bedürfnisse ermöglicht. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass der Regler keine historischen Daten speichert. Allerdings ist das bei den gegebenen technischen Bedingungen nachvollziehbar und für mich kein großer Nachteil. Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Produkt, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Bit pricey, but worth the money just connect the wires and that's it all done. Nothing to set up. Connect to the app on the phone and you can see what is happening.very good bit of equipment. Build quality is very nice
