My 7 year old has been playing with this train set almost every day for the past three weeks, and it has definitely been worth the purchase. His 9 and 10 year old siblings enjoy it too, but he's the one who keeps coming back to it. The track pieces fit together securely. Some sections can be a little difficult for younger kids to snap together completely, so my son occasionally asks for help, but overall it's easy to build. The pieces stay connected well during play and come apart without too much trouble when it's time to build a new layout. After three weeks of frequent use, none of the connectors have cracked or broken. One of our favorite things about this set is how many different track designs you can create. The train stays on the track well, makes it around the loops and hills without getting stuck, and has been very reliable. It isn't silent, but the motor isn't overly loud either. Battery life has also been better than I expected. We usually recharge the train every few days with regular use. What I love most is how it encourages creativity. My son doesn't just build train tracks—he creates entire worlds around them using his Magna-Tiles and LEGO bricks. Every setup is different, and it's been fun watching his imagination take over. It is a little on the expensive side, and we could use an expansion pack, more track pieces would make it even more fun. Overall, this has been a durable, well-designed toy that's held up to daily play, and I'd definitely recommend it for kids who enjoy building, creating, and using their imagination.

This train set is a lot of fun ... it's even fun for adults, really. It allows you to be creative, building a zany train track on which the little toy trains will even run upside down. However, I do want to say that this is not a good bet for a child under age 5. I have three grandkids, ages 3, 5 and 8. The 8-year-old does well with it. The 5-year-old needs a little adult help. The 3-year-old can't deal with it at all; she's too young to fully understand the concept, and her hands aren't strong enough to snap and unsnap the pieces.

Bought this Xmas 2025 and it’s still their favorite toy. Hours of fun making new track designs with this. I like the standard usb-c recharge

My 5 year old nephew and 3 year old granddaughter absolutely love this train set. It been fun to watch them build tracks and problem solve putting it together. One of the trains white plastic attachments broke and I’d love to buy another train for this set. How do I reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement train? That’s my only complaint.

Four year old loves it easy to assemble

Most children are stuck on screens and screen games. I brought this box out and my grandchildren, ages 3-9, could not quit playing with it. After a couple of hours, I put it up. The next day, they came over and immediately grabbed the train set. They have been playing non-stop with it for a couple of hours now. Three-year-olds will need help. 5-year-olds can do this quite well. The materials are quality and promote creativity. While they are a bit pricy, it's well worth it watching them do something else other than playing on screens. I will be buying another.
