DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!!This would be a zero stars if it let me!!!!!The first one worked for about 3 weeks, then brown water started coming out and it is hooked to a water line and the same sink next to it water was clear???? Then it would brew only 1/4 of a pot after I ran so much water through it to make it clear. never worked again properly. they told me to buy a different grind of coffee REALLY??? You have got to be kidding me. I tried to return it they took forever and back and forth no refund so they sent me another one , SAME problem brown water and now trips the breaker but nothing else trips the breaker, I put my 35 year old Bunn back out and no problem just needed a part. So stuck with 2 of these pieces of crap!!!!

So many issues not sure where to start. Very disappointed

This is a terrible unit. We had 3 of them and 2 I sent back because either it didn't brew correctly, water stop coming out and various other quirky things (hot water spout didn't work). Tech support by chat is all and every time they say they'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If you're lucky enough and get an email and a name they'll stay with you but are powerless to resolve issues. If you try and submit a case online they want you to submit pics and videos in a non standard format. They may have other products that are good but this one is a definite BUYER BEWARE!. Our third unit just quit working after less than a month and it actually overfilled the coffee pot and made a huge mess on the floor and everywhere....after that it makes a grinding noise but won't make coffee. What a shocker :(

I unboxed and returned this. It was purchased as an alternative to a commercial coffee maker, but the water hook up is 3/4 inch hose pipe on one side (into the machine) and some kind of faucet adapter on the other. As if it's used to hook up to a kitchen sink. My supply line is the same as a fridge ice maker, so coming up with a connection from 1/4" supply to 3/4" would require a number of fittings to rig it to work. I boxed it, returned it at the company expense, and was credited that day. So although I can't really rate the machine, I rate the company and service 5 star.

I have ordered and received three of this coffee machine in the last month. Something wrong with every one of them. The thing just will not work. Do not purchase. Only thing good about them is the price. But three strikes and it is out. Returning the last one.
