Can i put in back cover of phone and then make it nfc enabled?my phone is not nfc enabled.

No. Just like Bluetooth, NFC has dedicated electronics inside the phone. A NFC sticker will not make your phone NFC enabled.

Can i use it with oppo a9 2020

No. This model does not have NFC.

Can a single nfc tag save multiple contacts? If yes than how much?

Only one. Also, better use NTAG216 chip as it offers most memory. https://www.amazon.in/LINQS-Memory-NTAG216-Stickers-Phones/dp/B01DUG1FX6/ref=sr_1_3?m=AQ1N1517RVXEJ&marketplaceID=A21TJRUUN4KGV&qid=1557121458&s=merchant-items&sr=1-3
