The lock is defective and very difficult to open on a daily basis.
The look of the mailbox is very attractive and have received many compliments great size. The color is beautiful. The mailbox is sturdy except for the lock. I have to very carefully coax work the key gently to open the box and get my mail out.

Beautiful Malbox!
This was a wonderful choice for my Mid Century Modern home. The quality is lovely and I especially like the size and ability to hold larger envelopes. Finish is also very nice.

A fine steel mailbox
It's a fine mailbox. I like the packaging it came with, really celebrating Frank Lloyd Wright, and giving some history. It mounted easily and seems quite sturdy. Roomy slot. I think it will keep the contents dry.The color is brown. "Oil Rubbed Bronze" is the color of the paint they used on the steel. I naively though the mailbox was actually bronze. It is called an "Oil rubbed bronze metal wall mounted mailbox", but it is a steel mailbox.The lock was a little hard to use, maybe it gets easier over time

Attractive replacement for old mailbox
This review is for ARCHITECTURAL MAILBOXES 2427RZ-10 Frank Lloyd Wright Collection Wallmount Mailbox, Medium, Rubbed Bronze. It’s well built and looks nice too! I like the locking feature….came with 2 keys. Very spacious! Highly recommend, fast shipping.

Attractive & Functional
Nice decorative mailbox that looks exactly as pictured - including the deep, rich color tone. The size is perfect for a larger mailbox without appearing too bulky. The accessibility of the mailbox once the panel is unlocked is great.Like that it can hold larger envelopes, and a few days worth of mail provided you don't receive an abundance of mail on a daily basis. The spring loaded slot allows mail to be deposited without issue.The security is enough to be a deterrent, although it probably won't stop a seasoned thief who's determined to steal your mail.Installation is as simple as a couple of screws, and what one would expect if you're hanging a mailbox. I would recommend this product for those looking for a mailbox upgrade.

Lovely box, but ours came with two defects.

Nice mailbox overall; lock a little tricky
This is a nice looking mailbox and works well. The compartment is a good size for everyday mail and small package items. Only reason I had to dock one star is that it's a little hard to get the key in the slot to open it. Seems like I have to fiddle with it a little every time and it's not getting easier.
