Our Vital Fiber product can be mixed with a hot liquid. The heat from a beverage will not degrade the product. The fiber we use however does not dissolve in a hot beverage and will tend to settle to the bottom slightly after several minutes and would need to be stirred in order to get the full dosage of fiber. **Q: Does this product has 13 grams of dietary fiber like the picture states? The entire label shows a one-scoop and a two-scoop dosage option. The two-scoop option provides the full 13 grams of fiber.
