The cooling pads are a little on the higher price side but they are well worth it! They stay in freezer bags when they are being cooled in the freezer and are taken out when ready to use. The pads material is super soft and highly flexible unlike some ice pads. The pad stays cool for a long time and bends nicely around joints and contours. If you are recovering from surgery, just got hurt, or just need something to take the edge off the pain, this is it!

Absolutely works and I love this product. I have 2 of them and I bought the sleeves for my knees. They are soft and pliable and stay very cold for about 20 -25 minutes. Excellent after sports to help with inflammation. I used this pad after my knee surgery and got more relief than the ice machine that the hospital sent home with me. If you have inflammation and are tired of the hard frozen pads that don't wrap well then buy this and look at their entire product line.

My daughter recently had ACL/Meniscus surgery and this sleeve was the best thing ever. We did have one of those ice machines for the first few days, which she kept attached to her at all times. But this sleeve was amazing for afterwards. It stayed so cold and it has a bag that you keep it in while in the freezer. It's large enough to wrap around the whole leg/knee. Highly recommend.

These are the best cold therapy product available, IMO. They stay cold for a long time. They're made of a soft and stretchable material ...for a very comfortable application ...not like others that feel like stiff plastic. I haven't used them for heat therapy, though.

We have two other freeze sleeves for my teenage son - one for his arm and one for his leg. We love those two because they are high quality and it is so convenient to be able to use cold therapy while still able to move about. He uses them daily after tennis practice. This flat one is the same high quality but not as convenient because it doesn’t stay in place while moving. It is still nice to have for backs, shoulders, hips.

Super soft, nice and heavy to stay in place, retains cold and big enough for lots of body parts (Lower back, knee, shoulder, etc).

This was recommended by a doctor for hip pain. It is heavier than we expected. However it does stay cold for a long time and is easy to use. It comes with a bag for storage in the freezer. I would recommend it as opposed to using the typical ice packs.
