Good quality, very easy to build. Needs something on the roof for rain. I use for my dogs to go while I’m out through the day. Looks good.

Bought this for my grandsons 5th birthday. Very fast delivery, so simple to assemble. We painted it with garden fence paint then put roof felt on top just to make it extra watertight.

This is a nice little item and we are pleased with the finished result now it’s been painted but one or two issues. There was a fault in the construction of one piece which has left a slight gap - just shoddy workmanship or poor quality control so the pieces didn’t quite fit. By the time we had reached this stage we were in no mood to dismantle it and send it back so we intend to just fill the gap. Not really what you expect for £150.The windows are a nice feature but there’s an internal slat which you can’t access to paint which is a bit disappointing but can’t say you notice after a while.It’s reasonably easy to assemble - I would think you definitely need two people unless you’re an expert DIYer. I would recommend it as it looks really cute but can’t say yet how weather proof it will be over winter.

Before buying this playhouse I looked at all the reviews as I always do with large purchashes. The reviews were mixed (As always) with quite a few negatives.However I decided it was worth taking a chance on it given what the company were saying in its favour. I had no need to worry, it was everything the company said it was, very easy to put together with all fixings supplied (Even extra screws just in case) Very sturdy and it actually looks fantastic and would enhance any garden space. If you are looking for one then buy this, you will not be disappointed. The whole thing playhouse, felt, and adhesive arrived two days earliar than promised, A superb company Thank you

Arrived within two days of ordering. A few minor problems but nothing a bit of glue won't sort.It would appear good value for money.I'm sure my great grandchildren with have hours of fun.Like other people have mentioned I think we will be felting the roof.

This is really tiny . My granddaughter is 3 and she has to bend her head to get through door . Waste of money

I bought this playhouse as an alternative to a hutch for my house rabbits to sleep/shelter in when they are playing outside so that's what this review is about.I like the space it offers my two rabbits, they've room to sprawl out and stand up plus room for their litter tray, water bowl and toys. I also like how sturdy it is compared to some rabbit hutches, plus it offers adaptability:We painted all of the panels before building it which was quite easy. All of the panels are numbered and correspond to the instructions and the screws are of good quality and come in separate bags for ease of identification.The windows were easily replaced with mesh and we hinged one side of the roof so it could be propped open for extra ventilation, we added waterproof felt to it. A bobhole was added as an alternative exit/entry to the door to which we added more secure fastenings.I think the house is a little on the pricey side but hutches arn't cheap either and I think the quality of this house is far superior though only time will tell of course.All in all a great product and I would recommend to a friend.NB. I would recommend airing all the wood for a few days as it has a strong pine smell which I'm told could be detrimental to rabbits health.My only criticism is that the door had to be sanded to enable it to close - but a simple enough job.

It's a cute house. Pretty easy to put together did it myself in about an hour.The wood isn't very good quality and some bits came slpit a little.Have to be careful when putting together you don't slpit the delicate wood with the screws.Its okay like it's perfectly alright as it is, just there's some gaps in the wood and I don't recon it would last that long but I got for for my bunnies just as a little inside area for their run so it does the job.I had to buy felt seprate for the roof to make it waterproofOverall I'm okay with what I got but if I could go back in time I would invest in a better quality one
