It has better bass response than many of the headsets that I've used, including much more expensive dedicated headsets. That being said, everything that may redeem this headset in terms of sound is wiped away immediately by the quality of the materials and the complete lack of comfort.This headset has stopped working for me already and the primary issue seems to be the point where the wire connects to the volume/rumble adjustment housing. I did not abuse this set as I have a specific spot to hang my headsets when they're not in use.Also, the fatigue on my ears from how tight the set is (I do have a larger head, 7 1/2 hat size) and the pressure on the tips of my ears (my ears are average size) is headache inducing.So with all of that, if you have a smaller head and small ears this set may work for you assuming that it is durable enough for you.As the last piece I will say that the detachable microphone is an awesome addition but it doesn't rotate so your only option to move the mic is to bend it sideways or to remove it.
