Amazing phone
It's the second one I buy, the Ulefone Armor X16 is super tough and reliable. The battery lasts forever, the connection is fast, and it handles drops and water like nothing. Great camera for the price too. Perfect for work, travel, or outdoor use — totally worth it!

I couldn't express in a review forum how much I love this phone.
This review is after a month of owning this product, simply put, ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT.I can talk about this phone all day to anyone, as I already have for the last month...I had a Samsung S23 before this phone, and I found myself lacking the reasons to have such a powerful phone. I realized that I wasn't looking for a powerful phone for games or video editing, I needed a phone with functionality, features and battery life over performance. Rugged, long lasting, lots of functions that an everyday carry item could have. This phone even has features BEYOND just being just being a phone. Simply put, an IR camera (Night vision camera), a flashlight with 2 modes, static and flashing, with 3 variable brightness settings, and complete weather protection. And the biggest thing, THIS PHONE HAS A HEADPHONE JACK.Honestly, this phone surprised me with how fast the software and hardware is for such a low price point. It's amazing, zero regrets.Sure, the phone is 400 grams, but I find myself at no problem with it. That extra weight actually makes it so I don't have to carry MORE stuff, no more power bank, no more flashlight, and no more worries! This phone even came with more in the box than my S23.I love going out into the wilderness, hot or cold, wet or dry. So far, this phone has survived all of that. I went to Gunma, Japan right after I bought this phone, there was so much snow, and it was negative -9c each night. I went out with the phone, threw it into the snow, recorded on it, used it to listen to music. It survived everything. Oh man, I cannot leave this paragraph without talking about the glove mode. The glove mode is nothing like I have ever seen in ANY touchscreen device. I was wearing SNOW GLOVES and this phone worked THROUGH THE GIANT THICK GLOVES.My favorite thing to do when showing people this phone is to wash it under a lot of water or dunk it somewhere, it's always fun to see those reactions!I could review this phone all day, clearly as seen prior to this last paragraph. This phone, actually let me rephrase, this BRAND is perfect for a person like me.In conclusion, need a rugged phone that lasts forever on one charge, built in point flashlight, night vision, complete weather/water protection at a great price point?Buy the Ulefone Armor X16.

Why is a title required
Phone can be a bit slow, but that's to be expected at this price point. Camera quality isn't anything great, but once again it's decent for the price point. The night vision works great, lots of fun to play around with. It doesn't see through windows, which is interesting. Battery life is unnecesarily long, if you have the habit of just topping it up every day you'll have enough charge to reverse-charge your friend's Apple or Samsung after it dies from an hour of use. (Yours, on the other hand, will last at least another day.) Speakers are pretty loud and clear. Haven't tried the BesLoudness in settings yet. (Do I even need it?) Sand color is a little less shiny and opulent and LOOK AT ME than in the pictures, I like the real color much better. More like sand than gold. Bluetooth connections work just fine, wifi connection is great, customization is do-I-need-this-many-options, no complaints. Also you can stick the camera just under the water and it's fine. If you drop your phone a lot be wary about using it in water as microfractures can form and decrease its watertight ability. Though the complimentary lanyard should keep you from throwing it.Five month update: He's still cooking. The power off button sometimes doesn't work, so you gotta press it again. Works fine really, has a few quirks but nothing annoying. Survived a couple falls just fine, and the screen protector is real glass and good quality. Screen works through gloves not intended to work on screens. Charging cord snapped on the one end. My phone was charging on a flat surface, I picked it up and unplugged it, and the metal end stuck in the phone. At least the cords are cheap to replace.

Great Rugged Phone with Long Battery
I love this rugged smartphone and it’s been great. The battery life is really strong, it easily lasts a full day even when I’m using it a lot. The MediaTek Helio G91 processor makes the phone fast and smooth. I’ve played games on it and didn’t experience any lag thanks to the Mali-G52 GPU. With 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the phone handles multitasking well, and I like that I can add a microSD card to expand storage up to 2TB, although the card isn’t included. One of my favorite features is Google Gemini, the AI assistant. It’s super helpful for quick questions or brainstorming ideas. I also use the AI Recorder during my online meetings. It captures voice and video calls and creates instant transcripts and summaries, which saves me a lot of time taking notes. Just keep in mind that recording from some third-party apps depends on their permissions. The camera setup is very nice. The 48MP main camera takes clear photos with good detail. The 20MP infrared night vision camera is a standout, it lets me see clearly even in total darkness, which is perfect for night use.Overall, this phone feels solid and durable. It’s perfect if you want something tough that still performs well and has smart features to help with everyday tasks.

Internet doesn't work
I love this phone but I'm going to have to return it! 😭. The calling will only work sometimes (even when I'm at a location I've used it before), and the internet rarely works. Turns it into an expensive useless paper weight and I don't need that. I suspect the sim card keeps popping loose. Whoever designed it with the sim cards facing up is an idiot. The sim doesn't lock in and you can't press on it to lock it in because you will damage the sim with the oil on your fingers. obviously I can't keep popping the sim holder out to reseat the sim because that could also damage the sim. Very bad sim design. Customer service is unhelpful. I contacted them about the phone not recognizing my sim apn settings (what your phone uses to connect to internet), and they werenkt able to Solve the issue. I got more information from a Google search than I did from them. This is at least the 4th ulefone my husband and I have bought, and we always just put in our sim card and go, with no problems.with as much trouble as I'm having with this one, I won't buy ulefone brand again.I find it really odd that my sim still works with my old ulefone which supposedly has the exact same settings as this new x16 according to its product page. Something is obviously not right ....

I bought the armor x60 rugged smartphone for my fiance thinking that it would be a great purchase. The first day that he used the phone at work he dropped it The screen cracked such a disappointment. As far as the phone features it's wonderful. He's very happy with the things that he could do with the phone. But since I have to replace the phone I'm going to have to find similar features in another model not sure if I would buy another armor phone or not. This phone might be good for someone who does not work in a shop environment someone who doesn't drop their phone frequently.

Highly recommend
Great phone. I've Been using and testing for a few days and so far I am amazed by the value for money and functionality of this device. It runs smoothly and can candle most apps and games fairly easily. Simple and customisable. The ir blaster is handy and fairly easy to setup and use. The cameras are decent although the front is slightly dark but the night vision is good and good quality pictures. Speaker is very loud although the mic is slightly echoed. Massive device that's built well and looks amazing with the texturing one back panel and side panels. side Fingerprint scanner works well. Robust and waterproof is handy for outdoorsy folk as well as the glare flash and the massive battery...all in all if you are looking for a decent phone with various capabilities at a budget price I highly recommend this device

Ulefone X16 Awesome Battery Excellent Rugged Smart Phone
I’m very impressed with my new Ulefone X16 (Sandstone). First: The battery life is outstanding — I regularly get over four days on a single charge, even with GPS, photos, and daily use. That alone makes it perfect for outdoor use, camping, hiking, and all-season adventures. One of my hobbies is Geocaching. The Ulefone X16 sensors made is easy for me to get within 1 foot from a cache. The phone looks rugged and feels extremely solid in my hands, exactly what you want when you’re outdoors.Performance has been excellent. The phone is fast and responsive, and Android 15 runs smoothly with no lag when switching apps or browsing. I can run the screen brightness usually below half power which I love. The camera takes great-looking photos, especially outdoors, with good color and sharpness for a rugged phone. And I love the dedicated power flash light and remote control sensor. This is my third Ulefone over the past 7 years, and I keep coming back because they’re reliable, tough, and great value. The X16 is my favorite so far.The phone arrived on time, setup was easy, and the price is amazing for what you get.I would always choose a Ulefone and highly recommend this one.Nova Scotia - Canada

Solid. Netflix won't work for me
Beautiful and solid phone.Netflix app incompatibility I try resolving with manufacturer R&D team as much as Netflix team exposes some serious tech support issues. Problem is not resolved until end of January.Worse, It will not receive new protocol text messages which makes it very difficult to communicate effectively especially if used in a business environment.I hope this can be fixed because the phone itself is just beautifully executed

Rugged & reliable
This is my 2nd phone from Ulefone. I had the previous one for more than 7 years and only bought a new one because the support for some important apps was coming to an end. So far, I'm very happy with the new purchase. The battery life is superb - just as on my previous one. It's shockproof and waterproof, which are very important things for me because I am outdoors a lot.Android 15 and all of my apps run very smoothly, the screen is bright and responsive. I don't care much about a camera on a phone, but the photos I've taken so far are of decent quality, and the night vision camera seems to do a proper job, too, for the price.Recommended to everyone who wants a reliable tool rather than a flimsy toy by the more common brands.

A beast of a phone at a fair price
Ok. So I am a few days into ownership with this phone. This is a huge upgrade over my last phone which was running Android 11.I updated the phone name to "The Brick." It's heavy, rugged and the weight it adds to my pocket subtracts from the mental weight of carrying a more fragile phone. This thing seems to be built to last, and I am excited to see what it can handle.Porting over my old phone's info was a struggle with the cable. In the end, I did it wirelessly and it took a few minutes. Not much else to say. Headphone jack, huge battery, water resistant, Android 15, decent camera. Only thing I would add would be wireless charging. Obviously not a deal breaker, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this review right now.
