Looks nice, but doesn't safely hold two bicycles
My partner and I have three bikes and two scooters between us in a one-bedroom apartment... We needed a solution to maximize our space, but minimize the installation (aka damage) to the apartment since we rent. We were excited to find this bike rack because it would clear up some space on the floor and seemed minimally damaging to the apartment. Unfortunately, it does not serve its intended purpose. First, the good: Assembly was pretty easy, but we needed two people to do it. The frame is strong and well-made. The bike holding pieces are easy to move around and are well-coated in rubber to protect the bikes. It's light and easy to put in place. The bad: It did not hold two bikes as advertised. We have fairly heavy bikes (hybrid/mountain type, not light road bikes), but they are under the 25 pound per-bike limit advised in the instructions. The bike holding pieces slid down considerably when we placed the lighter of our two bikes on the top. We do not feel comfortable leaving a bike on the top section. The other major issue was that the entire stand frame slid on our hardwood floors when we tried to put both bikes on the stand. It was not stable. We even tried to put material with more friction underneath, but that did not work either. Maybe this is meant for concrete or asphalt, but not our apartment floors. Overall, I really can't recommend this stand for hanging two bicycles. It is nice and we've hung one of our scooters on the top area (it's much lighter than a bike) and it works well for that. It comes with smaller hooks for accessories. But I am not comfortable hanging two bikes on it.

Not easy to use. Do not recommend.
This stand is very easy to set-up. However, it is not easy to use. And as other reviewers have mentioned, the rubber casing is very poor quality. The rubber part of the arm that attaches to the stand, started ripping on the first day, soon after I set it up. The rubber part on the hook (that holds the bike) slides off every time we try to remove the bike from the stand. The stand is sturdy and holds 2 bikes. However putting the bikes on the stand and taking them off is a chore that requires 2 people! The arms tend to move or fall off and so does the rubber casing on the hook. This stand has gotten my 2 bikes off the floor, but it’s not user friendly at all. I would not recommend this stand.

Low quality product
Disappointed by this bike rack. We needed something to store two bikes without drilling into walls, so I thought this would be perfect. It was easy to put up and is very lightweight and portable, but unfortunately shortly after putting it up, the rubber coating on the bike hooks split. The hooks that hold the bikes are also very wobbly, and it's difficult to put the bike onto the stand without another person holding the hooks in place. I ended up duct taping the hooks so they wouldn't spin and fall off the rack while I was trying to put my bike up. The stand itself has a small fabric loop that can be anchored to the wall, but I don't imagine it would provide much stability. I have had this for only a month and have already ordered a different bike rack to replace it.

hooks are unstable and slippery
I bought one of these a few years ago, and it worked very well. The hooks had a tacky grip material, and they stayed firmly locked in place once twisted on. I sold that when downsizing during a move. A few years later, I moved into a space where I wanted one again, so I bought a new one on Amazon. The material they put on the new hooks is terrible, there is not enough friction. Half the time I'd bump a hook putting the bike on and it would fall down. The other half of the time I'd get the bike on the hooks, and then a hook would slowly slide down. After 30 minutes of frustration, I finally got the bikes to stay put, but I am probably going to return it, I don't want to deal with that after every ride. Looking through the other 1-star reviews now, I see a lot of recent reviews with the same complaint. Awesome idea, was once an excellent product, and due to cost savings / redesign / whatever over the last few years, they really messed it up.

Great concept poorly executed
I bought this based primarily on Wirecutter.com's recommendation and liked it right after putting it together. But now I'm finding like other Amazon reviewers, that the gray material the hooks are covered in now is terrible. After only one day of storing one bike the material had torn as in the attached photo. The hook won't stay put either and the bike's tire ends up resting on the floor which defeats the whole purpose. The stand is simple to assemble, looks nice, and seems to do it's job quite well at first. If Delta would address the quality of the material that goes around the hooks I'm sure it would be a fantastic product. But as it stands now it's essentially useless and is getting returned.

Very poor quality!
The rack was easy to install, however one of the screws didn't go all the way in ( see the photo) which made the whole structure very flimsy and loose. My main problem was with the arms though. We have one small and one medium hybrid bike ( very light), but after hanging them on the rack, one of the two arms slid toward each other and the bike on the bottom fell on the floor. That’s probably due to very low friction between the arms and the main body which doesn't hold the bike. Overall, I’m very unhappy with this purchase and will return it. Dont recommend!

Does not work woth slanted top bar
I wanted to love this but after using it for about 7 months, I can officially say I hate the thing. It works great for my road bike, flat bar across the top, easy to use. It is horrible for my mountain bike event hough it says you can use it with a slanted bar. It is a pain in the ass to get the arms at the right height so the bike doesn’t just slide to the other end. I hate the thing

Piece of crap if you're looking to store anything bigger than a kids bike
Outside of how easy it is to put together and set up, this thing is a complete piece of crap - barely held my mountain bike and my wife's cruiser up, started twisting and falling over immediately after I put bikes on it, the rubber on arms tore while i was adjusting it and simply bikes simply slid up of down them when on the stand, and the feet slid around the floor way to easily, which it remedied by putting a small piece of stall mat under it. It felt poorly constructed and the smaller details like the feet and rubber on the arms seemed to just not work, causing the whole thing to suck. Also, the box the stand came in had very clearly been opened and poorly taped back together so I apparently wasn't the first one to try this specific stand out and say nope.

After 2 years still rock solid. Amazing product
**EDIT*** After almost 2 years is still standing and rock solid. We didn't make any holes or buy a mat. It won our trust, we love it. We also hang the locks and helmets. **END EDIT** I like the product, it's a great idea, good design, easy to assemble and helps with the bike storage, specially for small places, and if you don't wanna make a hole on your wall. There's a big BUT , we don't feel is 100% secure. It's been a week and it hasn't felt, mostly because the bike at the bottom helps to make it stay in the same place. We did notice the bike rack slids down when there is only one bike at the top, I don't know if it is because of our floor (laminate wood floor), or other reason. Maybe we'll end buying a mat or making a hole, just to be sure it will stay in place. I guess we like it, but hasn't earned our trust yet.

Just what I was looking for
We have quite a small garage and needed to maximise the storage we have. We live in a rental so permanent wall anchors were not an option. This little guy fit the bill perfectly. The gravity stand is sturdy and doesn't seem like it will tip over, even when only the top bike is mounted - I ended up anchoring it to the wall with a screw just in case. The accessory hooks are also a nice bonus. Very much recommended.
