XYZCTEM Black Retro Style Side Rearview Mirrors
I mounted the left mirror and took it for a test "drive." It adjusts with a ball joint on back and was able to get it to reveal traffic coming up from behind. It vibrated but that's to be expected going down the road. The view was clear. It's a small range of view, but no one should ever rely only on a mirror for checking behind. It's just good to have so I don't have to turn around every time. Installation should be easy for a person with a basic toolkit. If the screw on base clamp is too big for the bar, make a spacer out of thin foam or thick tape, or a piece of an old bicycle tire tube. I used thick medical tape that's waterproof and sticky on one side. I wrapped it around the bar and fastened the clamp over that. The tool of choice was a mini keyring sized multi tool with blunt nosed pliars for turning the nut. The mirrors seem well made. Naturally only time will judge as to durability. For a motorized scooter or motorbike, I think I would buy a set of mirrors with wider range of view for safety. In my opinion these mirrors are for less demanding use, but will work fine for me. Stays put after 9 years
Great mirror. Looks nice and it stays put. It does not move unless you bump it. I just came back to order another one for my other bike after 9 years.

Solid Nice I like it!
They work great for my mini bike and looks awesome but the bolts strip easy so be careful when installing

Okay for the price but has caveats.
When I first received the mirrors, they were in a small flimsy white box and wrapped in bubble wrap. When I unwrapped, the mirrors were a bit scuffed up around the plastic housing with some rusty dust. Once cleaned and wiped down they looked okay. I thought perhaps they may have been salvaged from used scooters? Anyway they were easy to install. They have sturdy metal stems and come with metal mounting brackets which is nice considering the price. They are very cheap, but the one thing I was disappointed in was the size. They are very small mirrors and the length of the stem is very short. They did not work for my bike because all I could see is my arms, no matter how I adjusted the mirrors. I can see to my side but not behind me, or the rear side view, as the purpose should be. My bike has lower profile handlebars near the waist height when I sit (like a mountain bike or road bike), and the stem is neither long enough or high enough to see beyond my arms. However, I put them on another cruiser type bike with higher handlebars, and they do work well, and you can see behind you and to the side. So if you buy them consider that the mirrors are rather small flat mirrors (not convex) and so the viewing space is not much. The stem, being short, will work on taller cruiser type handlebars as found on BMX style bikes or mopeds. They are unlikely to work on bikes with low profile handlebars such as road bikes, mountain bikes, unless you invert them and place them upside down which, in my opinion looks pretty ridiculous. But that is just me.

Intended for a scooter but work well on my City Cruiser bicycle
I ordered a German built City Cruiser-type bicycle as I wanted a more upright riding position, as opposed to a Mountain bike style or the radical lean-over riding position as on traditional road bicycles. I quickly decided that I needed to see what was behind me, but did not want the type mirrors that mount inside the end(s) of the handlebars, nor did I want to use a helmet mounted mirror. I had in mind a handlebar mounted mirror that offered some degree of adjustability and would provide a reasonable field of view behind. I found these retro style mirrors, which included the handlebar mounts and at a very attractive price. I am a "Prime" member and usually gravitate toward these free 2-day shipping products. This item was from an Amazon affiliate and included no cost shipping, which usually means 7 to 10 business days for delivery. I resigned myself that it was what it was, but was pleasantly surprised when the mirrors shipped very prompt from California and was shipped US Postal Service by Priority to central Indiana. I don't know if this is normal but I received the mirrors in 2 or 3 days, so it rivaled my beloved Amazon Prime on performance. When I took the mirrors out of the box, I initially did not see how they were going to mount on my handlebars and align to provide a view outside of my torso profile. The handlebar mounts utilize a machine screw to tighten onto the handlebar and then the mirrors thread into the mounts, along with a locknut to make sure they don't vibrate loose. With a little trial & error adjustments, I was able to get the alignment I wanted and am very happy with the field of view from either side of my bicycle.

I Can See My Arms
Stems are too short so I can't see behind me. All I see is my arms if I don't pull my elbows inward. These might work on a bicycle with very wide handlebars, possibly a beach cruiser, I don't know. Mine's a city bike with a flat bar. What I do like: Mount & stem are metal. Won't dry rot & fall off. Stays in adjustment, you don't have to fiddle with them as you ride. And they are not convex so if cars look far away it's because they are. No surprises. They are small so if you lean forward or back a little you lose the view. I'd be happy with these if they were about 4" further apart. But I'm shopping a different pair of mirrors instead, paying attention this time to width.

Decent Mirror, but Room for Improvement
The mirror provides decent visibility, but the quality could be better. It’s a bit tricky to adjust and doesn’t stay in place as securely as I’d like, especially during rough rides. The view isn’t as clear as I hoped either. It’s okay for casual use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for long rides or in heavy traffic. Overall, not bad but could be improved.

Must have for motorized bike builds
These are great. They're very easy to install, give a clear view, and can move to student angles and pivot where needed. Only took a few minutes to install.
