I really enjoy these with my allergies and use them when I sleep. The only downfall is they do leave my skin dry , which does limit my usage. They work well just make sure your nose is completely clean with nothing on it or they will not stick. They are sturdy and work through the night.

This is my first time using it, I immediately started to wear it because I was struggling to breathe through my nostrils as im possibly dealing with an infection and im still being evaluated by my dr. When before putting them on, I felt like my right nostril was very clogged even though im I don’t have any boogers. My nose is clean. When I first put them on, I felt like I was able to breathe through my nostrils and I tried breathing in and out of my nostrils slowly as I don’t want to overwhelm my body with so much air coming in 🥲. I definitely felt some type of relief when wearing this when my nostrils don’t feel as congested. I’m only giving it three stars as im kinda disappointed with the adhesive! It’s such a good product but for some reason it’s not sticking well even after I wash my face and dry my nose as I was instructed to do so. The adhesive still doesn’t stick and it leaves residue and it’s so tough to clean afterwards. This product really has a lot of potential! It does its job and works well if you put it on right! Started using these at night and have noticed a improvement. Wife says I snore way less and I feel more rested in the mornings. Occasionally the adhesive can be a little strong when it comes time to remove it, but I'd prefer that to it not having enough adhesive and coming off in the middle of the night.

Strips are rather hard and doesn’t stick very well. I understand that the sides may come off slightly but from my experience it comes off quite a fair bit. I always ensure that my nose is dry and oil free before applying but that doesn’t help. Will definitely not buy this again.
