what security level does this have? Security level 2? or 3?

Hi, thanks for your question. it is security level 2.Level II protection: Automatic locking structure for weapon once be holstered, Index finger release to achieve a fast draw.

Would this fit a Beretta Cougar 8000 9mm? Looks very similar to a 92

The only thing I would suggest would be to get it and if it does not fit you should be able to send it back

Will this holster fit a Beretta 92fs with a bc2 grip and rail system.

Mine has a rail and doesn't fit, so close but negative on the rail

will the taurus pt99 afs with out the rail fit?

It fits my Taurus PT99 AF. I’m not sure what the S stands for.
