It’s a decent spoon, but doesn’t seem very sturdy. It’s real bendable and kinda flimsy imo.

I haven't had this spoon for very long, but I like it so far. It is truly dishwasher safe. It doesn't come out with white residue after going through a cycle. It is also heat resistant.

Like Alton Brown, I really try not to buy kitchen tools that are single purpose. I know many people don't view their slotted spoons this way but I've made it my entire life without one. The only frustration I've had is with taco meat. I finally broke down and bought this slotted spoon because if a tool only has one purpose, it had to be inexpensive! It's very sturdy and more than adequate for spooning taco meat onto tortillas without all the unnecessary grease. For the price, it's a wonderful purchase.

The handle is off balanced on these spoons, it's just too heavy. You can't leave the spoon in your pot because it will flop out. But hey, for $4.00 it's a great spoon! LOL. I bought several because of that. So it is what it is. So just get a spoon holder to put your spoon on.

Not really high quality, but it works fine and the price is right.

I purchased this slotted spoon along with 5 other Norpro kitchen utensils. I liked the price, the swift delivery, the strong yet light spoon, and the ease of cleanup.

I don't like the fact that it bends.
