They are exactly what they say they are, they have no taste or no unnecessary ingredients. They are effective and easy to swallow and this brand is a good value. Some people have mentioned they dissolve quickly, but they hold together just fine if you are using dry ingredients, if using oil or water based ingredients check for the solubility, they make several types to hold liquids.

Worst capsules ever, used them with the capsule machine and they all split and broke in half, they can't handle a paste substance so don't even bother if your thinking about it. I also tried filling some by hand and snapping together and they are absolutely impossible to put back together. Absolute rubbish!
