Received in broken condition, pls advise, whether I will get spare piece of broken part

Good Product
The quality is good but the packaging needs improvement. A step by step assembly instruction should be enclosed with the product.

Looks good
Looks good, Have to install by professional only, assembling was time consuming and complex, had to pay extra for that. Overall looks good.

Expected a bit higher
Although delivery was on time but little bit disappointed with the bowl quality (looks like cheap bowls once used to sell street side) and the inside paint is scratched in three of them which looks awful. Looks like they didn't let it dry after paint was over. 1 lamp was broken n waiting the seller to resend 1. Assemble booklet must have provided. Now will have to hire an expert electrician to fix it. Overall packaging was good. Priced a little high against the quality. Crystal could be more in numbers in this price.
