Medicated Antidandruff Shampoo, 11 fl. oz.

I really enjoy Selsun Blue. I use it at least twice a week. I do a martial art that involves mats, and mats is where you can get ring worm, especially during Summer. Apparently the medicated nature and ingredients of Selsun Blue helps prevent ring worm, so I use it before I shower for class and definitely after. Included in the ingredients is Selenium Sulfide, which is a good anti-fungal substance, thus helps my fight against ring worm! It does have a moisturizing sensation, and I like the way it feels against my scalp. You do not need much, and you get a good amount for the cost. It's not very expensive for 11 oz.. I've seen some people suggest it may stain the shower because it's blue but that is silly. It's actually fun to see something with so much color just rinse away. I actually love the color and how it looks. It's soothing to me. The consistency just a slightly thick shampoo. It comes out of the bottle easily. I also like the way it smells. I'd recommend Selsun Blue to anyone doing exercise on mats or shared equipment or has dandruff issues! I have been using it for many years and never an issue. This is the first time I purchased this through Amazon, and I was not disappointed! It was delivered on time and a great price! I may be using this as a regular subscribed product!

This is the best shampoo I have used for many years. It has gotten rid of my dandruff and the smell does not cause me any allergies. I have a very sensitive body unfortunately and have allergic reactions, mostly sneezing for a couple of days, to many smells. Now there is a new cleaner version of it and it even makes things better, because I don’t need to worry about having blue, or sometimes yellow residue around my ears anymore. This shampoo is a little costly compared to other brands, but it is worth it for me. I would highly recommend this product if you have stubborn dandruff, and I would give this item a solid 10/10.

This shampoo is great for soothing the scalp and reducing itching. I was surprised at how conditioning it is. It leaves my hair silky soft. I highly recommend.

I bought this because I have had an itchy scalp. It is so moisturizing and smells so good. It has a great consistency, nice and thick. The bottle size was great. I have just started using it, so I will have to update on my progress. I am happy with this shampoo purchase.

I started using this shampoo about few weeks ago after dealing with stubborn dandruff that just would not go away. The product definitely works for clearing up flakes and reducing the itching on my scalp. After just two washes I noticed real improvement which was encouraging. The medicated formula contains selenium sulfide and it does what it claims to do. My scalp feels cleaner and the embarrassing white flakes on my shoulders are mostly gone now. I appreciate that a little bit of product goes a long way so the bottle should last me several months. However, there are some things that keep this from being perfect. The smell is very strong and medicinal. It has that menthol scent which reminds me of being in a pharmacy. While the smell does not linger too much after rinsing, it can be a bit overwhelming during the shower itself. Another issue is that I need to use a good conditioner after every wash because the shampoo can leave my hair feeling a bit dry and stiff. Without conditioner my hair looks dull and feels rough to the touch. I also noticed that my hair seems slightly more brittle than before I started using it. The price is reasonable and the bottle size is decent. I only use it twice per week as recommended and alternate with my regular shampoo on other days. This helps prevent too much dryness while still keeping the dandruff under control

I used this for a good while before writing a review, and this shampoo really works! My flakes and itching have been completely eradicated and I no longer have to feel embarrassed by those things. I use it 3 times a week and wash normally, don’t even have to let it sit. The scent is definitely minty but it’s never felt overpowering to me. My hair also feels great once it’s dry. Very happy with this product and have already bought it a second time.

Best dandruff shampoo there is!! Use it use this as a kid and sort of forgot about it and just bought head and shoulders since it’s more accessible. However, this product works way better. Got rid of my dandruff after one wash and actually keeps it away. I only use once a week and it does the job. It’s a smaller bottle but since only use once a week it lasts awhile.

Worked great to help get rid of a small patch of eczema along the eyebrow. Has remained clear since. A small patch works great and hair feels clean, and scalp feels clean but not dried out. It does kind of have a medicated scent but don't notice any remaining smell after rinsed.

Imagining myself everyday sleeping without itchy scalp was a dream for me. Every morning see a lot of dandruff on my pillow. Today I'm gonna teach you how to use it in my experience: 1. Take one mug of water and rinse your head for 20 sec 2. Then shake the shampoo bottle nicely 3. After that pour the shampoo in hands a little more, as it is going to be the first time use it nicely 4. Since your hair is wet, you can easily seperate each portion using a comb 5. Now directly apply this shampoo in your scalp 6. Rub nicely 7. Leave it for 5 min Remember do not touch your eyes. After 2 min you will feel chillness on your head. Don't worry it's common. Finnally wash your hair without making the water following in your body. So bend your head and wash it, thereby the chemicals in the shampoo will not touch your face or body. Now take a towel and slowly wipe your head. Remember, i did this for continuous two days and with one day gap again i did this. Even after doing second wash, i still had so many dandruff in my office, but after 3rd and fourth wash continuous days, it vanished. All the best guys. Dandruff free heads.

Best product for hair! Don't go cheaper

Been using this a couple weeks and noticed a real drop in flakes, scalp's way less itchy too. Lathers up fine, medicated smell isn't too overpowering and rinses out clean. Doesn't leave hair feeling stripped or dry after washing either.

Been using for years, only product that really works. Not for every day use but only when you have an itch or dandruff .. normally clears things up in a couple of days

Yaklaşık bir yıldır süregelen kepek sorunum vardı. Son zamanlarda kafa kaşıntım artmıştı. Piyasadaki bilindik markaları kullandım ancak verim alamadım. Selsun Blue' nun bu kadar etkili olacağını beklemiyordum. Hem kepek hem kaşıntı sorunuma çok iyi geldi. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla siyah giyebiliyorum.
