Savoury Indian Mustard, Not American
This is not American mustard, despite the label.I ordered this expecting the classic American burger mustard mildly tangy, slightly sweet, vinegar forward. What I got was a strong, savoury, almost bitter sauce that tastes closer to Indian mustardThere’s no sweetness, very little tang, and it completely overpowers a burger. Calling this “American Mustard” is misleading. The colour might look right, but the flavour is nowhere close.If you’re planning to use this on burgers or hot dogs, skip it. Only suitable if you like savoury Indian-style sauces.Very disappointed.
