Great ribs! My family is very picky but loved these ribs!

Very tasty ribs! Very tender!

In a world of declining quality, these ribs really stand out. All of the Niman Ranch pork products I've had are exceptional so far. Rinse ribs under cool water and pat dry. A little olive oil if desired, then salt & pepper. You can even add fresh rosemary and whole garlic cloves (crushed slightly) if you want. Put in a SEALED foil tent in a pre-heated oven, 300 degrees for 2 hours or until done. It's ok to open the tent to see if they are done and to try one, but then reseal the tent and let cool completely, or they may dry out. These are the juiciest ribs! Then you can finish them with your favorite sauce, if you want. I like them both ways.

These are my favorite baby back ribs! Easy to prep and grill. Very tender too!

Just smoked my 15th purchase of a rack of these ribs, according to what Amazon Fresh tells me when I put it in my basket. Latest one was perfect - no extra fat, very well trimmed and very meaty ribs. Smoked up excellent. All 15 racks I've purchased over time have been higher-than-good quality and well trimmed.

These are the best back ribs. Meat to fat ratio is excellent, they smoke really well. There isn’t a better brand to use when smoking back ribs!
