I bought this thinking it would be a quality storage shed for my back porch. I was horribly mistaken! The assembly instructions for the shed are extremely difficult to follow and understand. Then when I ran into damaged and missing parts I contacted the company for a refund. They wanted me to pay shipping to send back a defective product that would have been very expensive. When I asked for replacement parts they aggred to give me the parts and discount. I aggred and they gave me a small refund then informd me that they were not going to send all the parts I needed due to the size and I could use the discounted money to buy the parts I need. This a horrible business practice and now may have to take legal action to get a refund. Don't fall for the trap as I did! This shed is junk and will give you nothing but frustration and financial loss. This was the response I got from their customer service rep. "There are too many parts required for replacement, and they are all very large parts, the factory is only willing to provide the parts in box C and Box D. Since we already offered you a $150 discount. Hopefully, you can buy or repair the remaining parts yourself at your local store Best regards, Will"

Great product a little trouble setting up I just recommend making sure every thing is level first that would be very helpful

I never got this all together. The pieces don't fit together correctly, and I spent so much time being frustrated, I am simply going to throw it away unfinished. It is too much trouble to try and send it back, so I will have to take a $300 hit.

Missing parts , made vertical vertical very cheap , holes don't line up , instructions are horrible , miss labeled part bags , a total waste of money , please stay away from this , spend the money and buy a quality shed ....
