Excellent tactile surface
Excellent tactile surface, simple and effective inflation with a straw (two supplied) and a plug that is holding air without any noticeable leakage.

Not what I expected
Foam was much harder than expected and I had to hang on to it to keep it from sliding off my lumbar area. I am a slim woman so not sure if the roller was too thick in width. Unfortunately, I am returning it.
