This soap is a miracle for people fighting with stubborn harmonal acne. Nothing worked for me except this when I was facing the same issue. It is equally good in exfoliating. For removing dark spots and blemishes it takes time. Use it twice or thrice as fash wash for better results. It's once in a lifetime product. Highly recommended.

It feels non comedogenic on application .very buttery-lathery ( LOL) .Do not dry out your skin but rather gives a slight feel-good moisture . Its famous as acne treatment and scar remover..On that perspective I should say it havnt done anything to me. I suggest Kojic acid soap for that ,but it will dry and flake your skin for good! This is definltley a good natural refreshing facewash for the morning

Kind of dries the skin but the skin feels better once applying a moisturizer immediately after using the soap.

Let me tell you something there are many products which have let me down over the years from Neutrogena to Nivea even the soaps sold in mom stores like Avon. The only thing that has ever really helped me with my skin issues are aloe soaps and drinking huge quantities of water. I've been hearing about black soap for about a decade now but I never really made the effort to find it and purchase it. Now as a bearded man my face is prone to ingrown hair and huge razor bumps at a time which have caused hair to grow in patches. I said there has to be something out there that can help me with this because the aloe soap, shea butter body wash, beard wash and lavender soap was not doing it. I decided to give this soap a try after much research because regular African black soap has a reputation on its own and so does Shea so I said both of them combined something has to work. I received this product on Friday April 13th and today on April 17th I can truly say to you all the razor bumps and rough skin on my face that I was use to is cleared up. It does not leave the skin irritated, ashy, cracked or dry but it leaves it with a nice smooth and oily finish. The soap allows new growth to grow in as well as give you a nice organic cocoa and shea smell. THIS SOAP HYDRATES, EXFOLIATES, CLEARS UP AND MOISTURIZES all in one. If you purchase go ahead and purchase 2 and make sure you don't run through it quickly.

Love this soap. I've used it for about 5 years now and never had any issues with it. It’s got it's great for my skin which is extremely dry and sensitive and gets very itchy. It has a lovely purfume and leathers up nicely. My daughter uses it now, she has a condition which means she gets abscesses and this soap feels good on her skin

I love this product! I got this because I get some facial blemishes every so often on my face and I hate it and needed something to help them clear up. This soap REALLY works. Unless it's a really stubborn one, my face clears up within a day or two max. Your face can feel a little dry or something after you leave the shower but it's totally not a big deal, as you just FEEL cleaner with this product. I bought a ton of them. Love it!
