Could create a risk
Pretty good, but a worry would be if you put this above the driver then this does block the view of the windscreen, so it can only go on the passenger side. Also need to be mindful of the risk of injury in the event of a crash, so I would say use it passenger side when you are the only person in the car and you are the driver.
