I hope this review helps and gives someone hope. This is my first review ever, but the results so far have made me write this. I have suffered from diarrhoea since my first son was born 11 years ago. And when I say diarrhoea I mean every single day! I am regular in the fact that I go every morning, but then will have to go a further 4-5 times within the next hour. It got to the point where I cannot book nights away, days out, it’s consumed my life because when I need to go, I urgently need to go. This could be late morning and afternoon and night time urgency to get to the toilet. I’ve been to the doctors, had the scans/tests, nothing came up and no solution. Generally no interest and cannot get an appointment to discuss everything. I listened to a podcast about what happens on the outside is something that is generally missing from the inside. I then found these on Amazon. I cannot take tablets so I emptied the contents into a yogurt and took it that way. I’ve taken it for 2 days, 1 tablet per day. Second day and wowzers. Yes I’ve still had the normal morning habits but much less, but I’ve had a spring in my step today, feel more alive and it’s like my stomach doesn’t exist. No movements, urgency, toilet trips from after the morning. This is only day 2 and I cannot wait to see what happens after a week of me taking it. If I can have today every day, then it’s life changing for me

My favourite pre/probiotic. They really work and you xan really tell the difference. They are however quite pricey .

Relieved 2.5 years of debilitating pain from histamine intolerance in a week. I can eat normal foods again and hopefully now I'm not dependant on anticholinergic antihistamines for the rest of my life just to get through the day. GP basically told me my pain wasn't worth a specialist's time, and I decided to try this to see if it might be linked to dysbiosis. 100% recommend trying if you're dealing with histamine intolerance and not being taken seriously!

Considering these are so strong (they do require to take 3 throughout the day to achieve the advertised dosage - so be aware of the strength claim) - I just don’t seem to have any effect from them. Which has made me sceptical of their quality. I have tried different brands and type of probiotics in the past, all of which had various noticeable effects as they bed in. Nothing at all from these. So I have given a very on the fence 3 stars. Either they are so well blended, the effects are not physically noticeable - or they simply have no effect at all (nearly finished the tub at the time of this review).

It’s funny because you know when these hit your system as for the first two days you burp a bit, then it goes away and you whole gut feels much more at ease. I did at one point stop takeing these for a month and then all my old symptoms came back, bloated beds, wind, wildandwhites … started them again and they all went away again.

Back to back antibiotics, half way through ten day penicillin course and no sign of thrush 🫶 amazing.

Apres plusieurs jours d'utilisation combiné à une alimentation saine .. on sent les effets Moins de ballonnement, un meilleur transit, de plus belle selles, moins de flatulences.. Je pense que ca aide vraiment a nourrir les bonnes bactéries et recontruire la flore intestinale.. comme on lit de plus en plus .. l'intestin c'est notre deuxième cerveau .. Les gélules ne sont pas top grosse .. Pas d'arrière goût A prendre idéalement le matin avant de manger .. ne pas prendre en meme temps que des médicaments .. A voir sur le plus lonc terme mais en temps sur moi et pour le temps d'utilisation j'ai senti des effets ..

Dejé el omeprazol , lo llevaba tomando por lo menos 5 años seguidos y cambié mi protección gástrica con enzimas digestivas y este producto maravilloso. He notado sus beneficios y propiedades, me noto menos hinchada y también he notado que no estoy estreñida, voy regular y sin problemas. El primer bote lo hice intensivo los primeros 10 días con 3 capsulas al día, y ahora hago entre 1 a 2 al día, por que sentía que debía mimar mí colon , ya que me tuvieron que extirpar hace muchos años el colon ascendente y transverso, al tenerlo tan delicado creo que lo tenía irritado y desequilibrado, por eso confío y me siento muy segura con este producto por que he notado la diferencia . Lo volveré a comprar cuando acabe mi segundo bote.

Compré este probiótico por recomendación y me ha ido tan bien que he decidido repetir. Tiene una formulación muy completa, con 150 mil millones de UFC, 20 cepas, prebióticos y zinc, y eso se nota en los resultados. En mi caso no tengo colon irritable, pero sí tendencia a tener el vientre algo hinchado en algunos momentos, y desde que lo tomo me noto la digestión mucho más ligera y menos sensación de hinchazón. El intestino funciona de forma más regular y estable. Además, el formato de terapia de choque de 76 días me parece un punto a favor, igual que el hecho de que sea vegano y fácil de tomar. No me ha causado ninguna molestia. Muy satisfecha con el producto. Sin duda, lo volveré a comprar y lo recomiendo.
