Not great,but it's OK enough to do the job.
It's OK not great,just okay....It's not a blackstone that's for sure...At least the black stones flat top either come in stainless steel or cast iron,that way you can use metal utensils...On this model it's a Teflon coated flat top so you have to use wither plastic or silicone utensils...Definently hot spots on this thing...One thing I've learned when I read the manual,an it's written in small writing;you have to let this run at full heat for 15 minutes for it to become non stick...There's really no high,medium or low settings on the knobs,you just have to keep playing with it to find its sweet spot...over all not a bad griddle,but if I knew what I knew now,I would've saved up the extra 200-300$ an just bought me a blackstone
