Q: Can people open lock without keys?? How secure is it?

You need the keys to open it. I guess you could ram a screwdriver into the lock or break the case to get in, but then it would obvious.

Q: How many keys come with this?

Two Keys are supplied but I had some more cut locally.

Q: Does the cover allow sufficient air circulation to allow thermostat to sense correct temperature?

You need to set the thermostat a couple of degrees lower as it takes time for the hot air to get into the box, by that time you are melting!
