I bought a bottle of the "pain relief" ones and thought they were a bit underwhelming. Decided to try this stuff out instead and see if there was any difference. This stuff seems a bit more potent than the other stuff I tried. This stuff REALLY makes you want to drink water more so than the other variety of pills

I feel like I have to drink a lot of water to see that this stuff is working. It doesn't just work by itself. I don't know why I am not getting the results I am looking for but I have used more effective diuretics. I think that the rate I am releasing fluids should be greater without drinking water continuously after taking the pill. It works but don't expect it to make you relieve your water reserves at an annoying rate. I was using this in an attempt to flush my system and I have exert more effort than I like. To clarify, 1 pill may not be enough to constantly influence high urination rate

I like these for before a big event to photograph better and when I get that monthly bloat. Good price and no side effects when used properly, make sure to hydrate while using.

I used it for water retension but not seen any change in body....No solution
