We got our three grandchildren these scooters for Christmas so they haven’t actually ridden them yet. But they were easy to assemble. Just the handle bars and front wheel needed to be put on. But we rode them and they seem great. I am 104lb and my son is 170lb. He was of course too big for it as he is 6’2”. But I’m 5’2 and it was perfect for me. 14y/o granddaughter will love it. She is my size. We decided to get the same for all 3 kids. The 9 and 7 y/o May struggle a bit at first. But they may surprise me as they have great balance on their bikes. But we will see. They may have to grow into them. I will update after Christmas.

Bought for our granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She's 10 and it's perfect for her. Battery life is good and she's been riding it for about 4 months and still no issues with it.

I'm so sad that I wasted my money on this. It was fun while it lasted, but it was a short while. We have this to my son in June, and it stopped working three weeks ago. I've contacted the seller here, and was told I needed to contact razor directly. I've been emailing and calling them for 3 weeks, and nothing. They are only open Monday-friday from 9-5, when the rest of the world is working. If I don't get a resolution soon, I plan to contact the BBB as well as anyone else needed. This is our second very expensive toy we've gotten from razor, that didn't last. I'm not happy, and my son is heartbroken!

Great product, exactly how described, easy to put together took about 10min, packaged very well, shipped and delivered quickly. My son loves it and hasn’t stopped riding it.

2yrs later and the kids still love them

This scooter is amazing! It is super easy for the kids to use and easy to assemble for adults. My 7 year-old son rides this scooter all the time. I am able to ride this scooter too and Im a 144lb, 37 year-old woman. My son and I are also able to ride his scooter with both of us on it together! I would definitely buy this scooter again without any hesitation!

The speed is great on this but what I am disappointed about is that for a product for “13 years plus” it is tiny. It is the size that would fit a 6 year old. The battery life is very short. Otherwise it is very fun. There is no way to adjust the handle bar size and the scooter is tiny. Also the seat is impossible to pop up.

Was pleasantly surprised how easy assembly was however if there is one improvement suggestion, it would be to have a working headlight instead of a non-functional decorative light. My granddaughter uses it to ride to and from school and due to the darkness when riding, a separate light had to be purchased to assist her in being seen and to see. I would have paid a bit more for upgrades to include a headlight. Other than that, she loves it!
