Received a Broken item
Received a broken filter. The packaging was good and intact. Looks like the seller has sent a damaged one. Not returning as it will take long time to get another one. Will use some sealants to fix the broken filter. Else looks fine, Not tested yet.

Request to replace low power product
By mistake I ordered for high capacity product and actually enough SOBO SP2880. Can you replace. There is no option to return the product and this is the first time I face this type of orobmem
