I started taking these a few months ago. They work wonders for me. 2 in the morning 2 in the evening. I dont feel them hitting my system but all the stress, anxiety, or shakiness just disappears. I showed them to my doctor who approves. More people should try them when they want safe relief.

I recently went through a number of stressful weeks and it was starting to affect my sleep. I woke up several times each night with thoughts racing through my head in this semi-awake state that leads to not being able to fall asleep again for hours. Then I came across Neurexan by accident. Having used Heel products before with varied success (Love GrippHeel for colds, but other products such as Traumeel did not work for me) I decided to give Neurexan a try. While this by no means works like a sleeping pill does (it does not knock one out or puts one in a drowsy state), it did help considerably in that I did not wake up nearly as often during the night, and when I did, I was able to fall asleep very quickly again. In general I felt calmer even during the day. I would like to mention that most days I did not just use it three times a day but every hour for up to 12 times a day, which is what the recommended maximum is. At that dose it seemed to work best for me. Anyone who is looking for a gentle, homeopathic "nudge" toward restful sleep should give this a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this all-natural remedy and it will be a staple in my medicine cabinet for when times get stressful again.

No adverse side effects

I did not notice any changes in my daily stress levels while using this product, with consistent use. I found that the medication upset my stomach if I did not take with food. I don't think this product worked for me at all, which is really disappointing as a person who has been looking for homeopathic relief from stress and anxiety for years.

My husband & I have used Well Mind for years to help us sleep. Works great, and no grogginess in the morning!
