The package delivered was not properly packed.The color of hipster was black. Product is of poor quality. Didn't meet expectation

For comfort, jockey hardly disappoints so found them ok. But looks, design and quality needs to be improved. The panties received are of entirely different pattern and colour. They don't look appealing too, as if I ordered kids underwear
