Good to have, when you have a toothache , you’re gonna wish you had some of the stuff, it numbs up your gum area pretty much like Novocaine does. It will totally get rid of the pain temporarily maybe 15 minutes or so definitely worth it.

I bought these before and they work great. I made the mistake of using anbesol, which does nothing compared to orajel 4x. It feels like a shot of novicane when you use it. I wish it lasted longer, but it gets the job done. It only lasts about 15 minutes, but when you are in pain. That relief is very welcome.
