Yes it is very powdery and the real deal-(it is soooo powdery that it is actually a little sickening for me)

Does this perfume have a black pepper undertone??

I have been wearing this perfume for over a year now. Obviously, I love it! To answer your question - I do not think Narciso Poudree has a black pepper undertone. It is a very soft, kind of sweet, very powdery, feminine perfume.

Is this an original one?

Beautiful bottle. Pathetic smell. Which lasts long. The smell reminds me of liquid meds that makes you yuck. Either this perfume has got it all wrong or the original is what it is, and I got delivered a fake. This cant be the perfume critics rave so much about.
