Incredible flavour
Just made a batch of creamy citrus popsicles using a dash of this yuzu extract and some Sprig ginger honey and I am absolutely blown away by how incredible it turned out. This yuzu extract adds a divine and complex citrusy note that is hard to achieve using fresh citrus zest. I also love the fact that it doesn’t contain any class 2 preservatives. I have been a fan of Sprig products in general and their chilli oil is something I can’t live without (so much so that I keep extra bottles in the pantry). This yuzu extract has only made me swear by this brand even more.

Good not great
It's a nice lemon extract, but the flavour is very mild. The taste of the extract is almost sweet, which was odd. Very expensive given the amount needed to impart any substantial lemon flavour to cakes or cupcakes.

Worst medicinal taste
I feel guilty while posting a negative comment but i have just wasted my money. It tastes like medicine, has 10% yuzu flavour rest all is that weird medicine taste and sugar. I regret buying it n dont know how it has above 4 stars rating

Costly
Anticipated flavour and scent as expected but curiuously quick emptied out bottle ! Not sure if it was ever full...or evaporated on opening. So this was costly yuzu for its actual content...
