Excellent product with lots of features
Looks good and does everything I need it to do. Excellent watch for the price. It took a little while to work out how to access messages, emails WhatsApp etc but I persevered and managed it. Recommend not to use the included screen protector as it stretches and leaves lots of bubbles that make the watch hard to read. I bought a glass screen protector which is much better

charging problem
the charging lead provided is not a usb, it is a c type which means if like me with no c type charge facility, you will have to purchase a another charge cable

Battery fault
Lovely watch, but the battery is dreadful. Charging the watch all the time and it never gets past 30% charge. And l have left it charging all day at time. Do not buy this product.

Not exactly what I wanted.
I really like the design of this watch, but it’s lacking in ability. I really wanted to be able to respond by voice to my messages, but don’t seem to be able to. Also I have developed an allergy to the strap.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it she had one but it was the typical shape square and plain and now she can wear it when she wants to look fashionable when we go out.

Battery just about lasts the day, keeps disconnecting from phone.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. This watch is easy to setup and the watch itself is beautiful!!!!! The bands are easy to switch out and are very comfortable. Perfect for when my mom can’t get to her phone and also to help her keep track f her good pressure.

Very classy looking for a smart watch but the battery life isn’t great at all. Charged it beforehand, went for an hour's walk and came back and it already went down 10%. Not making/answering calls or messaging so it shouldn’t drain that quick but it does. Apart from it having such a bad battery life, it’s a good smart watch
