Best option for painful bunion
This gel pad is the best option I have found for severe bunion pain. It enables me to keep walking and exercising. I have bunion pain on one foot and Morton’s Neuroma on the other foot. Walking any distance for exercise became very difficult. I did a lot of research and tried many options before finding both ball of foot pain and bunion pads from ZenToes. I wear different pads on each foot and find them to be the most beneficial in minimizing pain. They are easy to put on and easy to wash. I keep them with my shoes and just slip them on. Great product, right amount of padding and provides pain relief. It takes a few times of wearing to get used to as it would for any change to your feet/shoes. I would recommend trying them several times before making a decision on how well they work.

Doesn’t work
This product does not help at all. It does not stay in place and the padded part doesn’t even fit well over the intended area. I had ordered the large due to suggestions returned and ordered smaller. Still no help. Would not recommend.

Zen Toes Bunion Relief
Works well with protecting bunion, but does not necessarily open the big toe to the left much when wearing on the right foot

Bunion relief
As someone who has struggled with bunions for years, finding relief can be a constant challenge. These socks are incredibly comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. The soft, stretchy fabric feels gentle on the skin, providing relief without any discomfort. The specialized design of these socks targets the bunion area with gentle pressure, helping to alleviate pain and discomfort. I noticed a significant reduction in soreness after wearing them for just a few hours. The socks have a snug yet non-restrictive fit, which is crucial for anyone dealing with bunions. They stay in place without feeling too tight, allowing for natural movement. I was impressed by the quality of the materials and construction. These socks feel durable and well-made, which is essential for a product designed for daily wear. Overall, I found these socks to be highly effective in providing relief from bunion pain. While they may not completely eliminate discomfort, they certainly make it more manageable, especially when worn regularly. While slightly more expensive than standard socks, these are well worth the investment for anyone seeking relief from bunion pain. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with bunions. They offer excellent comfort, relief, and durability, making them a must-have for anyone seeking relief from bunion pain.

Comfortable at First, but Support Shifts Over Time
When I first got this bunion sleeve, it seemed like it was going to work well. It’s actually very comfortable when you first put it on. It did feel a little awkward at first since I’m not used to having something just around my big toe, but overall it felt good initially and did reduce friction right away. However, after about six hours of wear, I started to notice some pressure on the top of my foot and around the bunion itself. The sleeve was still soft, but it didn’t maintain the same level of comfort and protection on the bone over time. The gel pad that’s meant to stay in place and protect the bunion began to shift slightly, moving upward and no longer fully covering the area it was supposed to protect. Once that happened, the friction relief wasn’t as effective anymore, and I ended up taking it off. I also noticed that wearing it alone in a shoe wasn’t enough for all-day comfort — for me, it worked better when paired with a sock to help keep everything in place and add a little extra cushioning. I will say that this may depend on how pronounced your bunion is. On one of my feet where the bunion is less pronounced, it worked fine. On the foot where my bunion is more noticeable, it was just okay — not bad, but not enough for extended wear. It’s comfortable and helpful for shorter periods, but I personally will continue looking for additional options for all-day support. Photo note: The shoes shown in these photos are for illustration purposes only. I did not wear the bunion sleeves out like this uncovered. I primarily wore them in boots with stockings/tights and a sock. These photos are simply to show how the sleeve sits inside a shoe and how the gel pad is positioned. Photo Clarification: The shoes pictured are very pointy, whereas the boots I wore were less narrow. Even so, you can see how the gel pad shifted over time, moving upward instead of staying centered over the bunion. That movement is what reduced comfort for me after several hours of wear.

Great product
My entire family loves this. Doesn’t roll up and cushion doesn’t move. If you put it in the washing machine let it air dry. The dryer cause the gel cushion to become displace

Nearly Worthless
Nearly worthless. Nice protection for the bunion & goes on tight initially, but in less than a mile of walking the sleeve bunched & caused pain on the other side of my foot. Would be great if I could figure out how to make it stop bunching.

It is thin. It gets gathered while walking. I can't use it.

Lately I had been finding that several pairs of shoes which used to fit me comfortably in the past were feeling tight. The reason was reduced gap between the big toe and second toe on both feet, resulting in bunions. This product was the most highly rated one for bunion relief, but it simply provides a cushion between the bunion and the shoe, which might help tender skin to heal. However, it can exacerbate the problem if your shoes are tight! From my experience it is better to buy gel spacers which fit between one's big toe and second toe, which not only improve the fitting of one's shoes, but also correct the misalignment to some extent.

I read some of the reviews before I purchased this product and was pretty sure it was a good product but unfortunately it’s not. They rolled down and never stayed on my feet .
