what colors are available?

Is this 1/2" diameter before cables are put in or is that the maximum size? What is the diameter empty if not 1/2"?

1/2" is the nominal size. This is a wrap, so sizes are approximate and will vary. Also, since it is a wrap, it overlaps itself, so it will be less than 1/2" and will expand over 1/2", maybe max size might be around 5/8", but it all depends on how you use the product, if there are bends in your cable run, etc.

Would it be UV protected? My application would be in the full sun all day long.

Tech Flex specs state that UV Light has no effect. Racer Parts Wholesale

Whats this heat resistant too? And melting point?
