I have 3 children ages 3-7 who absolutely LOVE these scarves! They are aprons, veils, fairy wings, capes, tied together to make dresses or curtains for a play, draped over things for a cave, and so many more things! I have loved seeing their creativity bloom with these. They are the perfect size and they have been holding up well. They are played with daily and are still the favorite “toy” after many months. Perfect gift for any occasion. I gave them to my kids for Christmas and I am contemplating getting them each one more for Easter in their baskets. We are also gifting them to nieces for their birthdays. So fun and definitely worth spending a little more for this size compared to others.

BEST GIFT!!!!! I purchased this set of 6 play scarves Christmas 2017. I split them up and put one in each of my grandchildren's stockings and had one left over to leave in Grammy's toy box. ALL 5 grandchildren play with these all the time. And every child who comes to visit our home plays with that scarf. Imagination abounds! Princess dress, apron, super hero cape, worship dancing, tie them together and it's a parachute, a blanket, a curtain,... I ended up buying 2 more sets so that each family would have a complete set of colors AND Grammy would have a complete set at her house. DO NOT PURCHASE the REAL SILK scarves. These are a much better value!!!! They are NOT see thru, but are very light weight and float around if you are dancing and twirling with them, They wash sell in the machine and hold up under the normal play of small children. My grandchildren are ages 2-8 years old. This is one of their favorite things to play with. I LOVE the soft drawstring storage bag. This company is so fantastic to work with. A year later when I ordered 2 more sets, the storage bag was new. I contacted them and told them I had not received a storage bag with the set I ordered a year ago. They sent it right out to me. I had it within 4 days.

Great for kids. Many years and 3 kids later these still get played with so much. So much imaginative play possibilities. Great colors and quality.

Mainly purchased for my three-year-old open/imaginative play. The blue scarf is used frequently as a pond or river or ocean with his train tracks or Farm, Green is grass.. We sing the "Scarf Song" where we go over each color and it falls into the air over the kids. Not only does the baby Giggle and love seeing the colors and learning the colors but my three year old likes to sing the song and can easily play with his little brother. When my three year old is being feisty, I will have him throw them in the air which is much safer for everyone indoor then a ball would be. So far we've had these for two months and there has been no tears or undone seems. They've been drooled on, pulled on, tugged on, thrown. The quality seems to be holding up. I was concerned over the cost as it seems expensive for what it is, however they've held up so I retract that hesitation. Out of all the unnecessary baby toddler and preschool toys out on the market, I find the simpler the better. Some of our most used toys are things that can be used in multiple manners and an open-ended ways. These are used daily and have not left our toy rotation.

These are wonderful value for your money. I would have preferred play SILK for the natural fabric but could not afford the price tag at this time. We ordered these instead for our 2 boys, ages 4 years and 2 years. What a great decision! They love to hang these on their bunk bed for a fort, tie around their shoulders for superhero capes, around their waists for togas. We lay them around their dollhouse for green grass and a blue pond or hang it up as a blue sky backdrop. They drape it over their kitchen to make a little restaurant window or a puppet theater. We even switch draping them over their lamp at night to give the room different moods. The red is the current favorite. The colors are bright and the texture silky smooth and light. A smidge heavier than actual silk but they cannot tell the difference. We do have a small run in the blue scarf already but it is possible it was caused by one of our dogs. We have not washed them yet but I imagine they will hold up fairly well. I would definitely recommend this for the parent looking for creative, open-ended play options for their children but do not have the budget to invest in actual play silks. Very pleased.

When I gifted these to my kids for Christmas, the excitement level was zero. They were interested in other things. After all the toys were put away a few days later, though, my kids discovered the joys of these scarves. They are skirts, capes, scarves, dancing scarves, ninja clothes, gypsy clothes princess clothes, ropes..... Excellent imagination toy. The colors are vibrant, they can be squished into a small tea can o be stored, and the wrinkles come out pretty quickly. They have not ripped yet, 5 months later. The stitching is holding. My biggest complaint was that instead of getting one of each color, I got two purples and no pink. With both a son and a daughter that enjoys pink, I was disappointed, but not sure that sending them back for a new one would help at all. The kids haven't complained, though.

I bought these back in July of 2016 for my preschool class, along with a few Sarah's Silks (100% silk and more expensive of course). They're all bright and beautifully colored, and have all been played with and loved by 13 active 4yo's every day for costumes, fort building, etc. But now one year later (June 2017), I have to say this set has held up *much better* than the delicate Sarah's play silks, several of which have torn badly. These scarves, on the other hand, look almost new and barely show any wear. I am thrilled with the value this set provides and plan to buy another to keep in a different center. I only wish the company offered additional colors! 2nd update (September 2018) - I only have one of the Sarah's play silks left and it has runs and 'ladders' throughout. The Simply Sweet play scarves look fantastic, are still bright and soft and wash like a dream. They continue to be an amazing value and are highly recommended! 3rd update (May 2019) - They still look great!! 4th update (June 2021) - They still look great and going strong in my class of 14, with 10 *very* active and creative boys. ;-) 👍👍

These are fantastic! We have had them for years and they are still in great shape! Both of my kids, ages 2 and 6, use them daily. They swaddle baby dolls, make a slide more slippery, turn a ball into a comet, and play dress up- the possibilities are endless!

Bought these as a gift for my toddler granddaughter. She loves them.

Fabric feels great. The scarves are nicely hemmed. I really deliberated over whether to get these or the real silk scarves but once they arrived I knew I had made the right decision. Some reviewers mentioned they are expensive for what they are but I think they are good value compared to the real silk ones which a lot of reviewers mention aren’t durable. I think these are just perfect and highly recommend

So glad I got these. I wasn't sure if I should buy more expensive ones or not but they are great for my toddler. Shipping took a few weeks but Amazon refunded the shipping cost.

I received the scarves and they were lovely in feel and size. The downside was the pink scarf had brown marks on it which looked like permanent marker marks.
