Plastic processor !
This is very good prep stuff to use if you have to prep plastic or vinyl to paint !! This is the ultimate cleaner and processing spray to paint vinyl or plastic !

Really good coverage
Works great I re-colored two panels that were black and faded. I changed them to a red color. I didn’t need to use two cans are actually about a can in the third to do it because they were so old, but the product works great.
