Roller Derby Women's Aerio Q-90 Inline Skate

These are an okay pair of rollerblades. I usually wear a size 9.5 & ordered a size 9 in these. I also placed an order for the "Roller Derby AERIO Q-60 Women's Inline Skates" in a size 10 & I would say that the Q-90 skates fit larger, despite being a smaller size. I included a comparison of sizes at the end of the reviewThe aluminum frame, wheels, and bearings are nice and they roll very smooth. The insoles are nice and cushy and I love that the wheels are 82mm.These skates fit very odd. There's not enough ankle support since the straps hit in weird spots; above the ankle and across the top of my foot. I think maybe the entire tongue should be padded all the way down (instead of just the top portion of the tongue being padded) & it should be wider; my foot just feels sloppy and not secure, even if I crank the straps and laces tight it doesn’t fix the problem. I was not a fan of the flimsy laces either (the Q-60 had thicker laces along with metal eyelets).I wasn’t expecting anything phenomenal with these skates, & I only paid $35 for them through amazon warehouse, but I'd much rather spend more money on roller blades that fit well. All in all, I'm sending these skates back & have already placed an order for the "K2 Skate Women's Kinetic 80 Inline Skates" - which i managed to get for $68!For size comparison:9.5 – regular shoes9 – sorel boots9 – (too small) bladerunner rollerbladesyouth k2 Marlee adjustable size rollerblades (these are the rollerblades that I currently own. Negative stars for these!! My sister's feet are a 10 and she ordered a 9 and it was massive. We live in the Caymans and had to bring them to US to be able to return. Amazon charged us almost $20 to return them because the return window had long closed. We still felt that since the skates were abnormally large and we had gone through so much to get them back to the US we should nit have been penalised. As they say...you live and you learn. Do not buy these skates.

My daughter loves them. She is eleven and has minimal experience on ice skates. I avoided "beginner skates" because I felt they could actually discourage skating because of the limitations. These skates roll smoothly and easily over obstacles. She wears a size six shoe and the size six fit perfectly with one more inch to go. She has room for cushion socks.

I bought them in 2014 and have only used them 8 times bc every time i go to use them my feet feel like they are being folded in half and i get cramps they are bigger than a size 8 i would need like a size 7. I bought new ones bc i never could get use to the cramped feet feeling. Wish i would of contacted the seller sooner and told them but i thought i had to wear them in but truly that feeling never goes away. I love rollerblading but i cant use them. I love the look of them and the color of them but comfort wise horrible. I tried new inserts and still didnt work. Never had a bad product before this is the frist time. Just wish i could actually use them with my son.

Bought these for a gift. My eldest loves to skate. One of the wheels broke off just days after purchase. It was an easy fix, but frustrating.

Daughter loves them. Consider ordering half size smaller than needed, seems to run a little large
