I have not yet used it for long to tell any kind of effects on my acne. But ya it's a finely milled been powder. U get 2 quite big bottles .not a bad deal.and u can also eat it.

I had acne and acne marks on my face due to pcos. I was using the neem powder for face masks earlier which was quite ok but then I started drinking it once a day with lemon and honey mixed and within 5 days all my acne is gone and from being pre-diabetic, I have managed to bring down the sugar levels. It's obviously bitter but honey- lemon helps mellow it down. Do try it but ensure caution if you are on any kind of medication specially metformin. Also try to avoid alcohol or switch to red wine during the experiment.
