I read on amazon that the phone would connect and work on verizon or t mobile only. Since I have verizon as a service provider, I went ahead and bought the phone. When I took the phone to verizon, they said it was not compatible with their service. We then decided to take the sim card out of my z.Flip six and insert it into the unihertz jelly phone and it worked so I thought. I could make and receive calls, but I could not use verizon's data to go online and use the internet. I could only use the internet via wifi. Furthermore, upon sending and receiving text messages I could not receive any pictures or send any photos, it just would not work. I must say all the videos I watched and everything I read about.This phone was very deceiving.
