استخدمته لحذاء البادل كان قياسه مناسب ومريح ولم اعاني من آلام الديسك او الركبه بعد اللعب عكس ما كنت أعانيه سابقاً .. انصح فيه ويفترض التأكد من القياس المناسب حتى وان كان قياسه اكبر من الحذاء حيث يمكن قص الأطراف

These insoles are by far the best I have tried to date. They fit my 10.5 Mens US sketcher sneakers perfectly and made my 3 old sneakers feel like new. The insoles might even be a bit better than the original ones. I ended up buying a second pair for myself and another pair of these sketcher insoles for my son's sneakers which aren't sketchers, but they still fit his sneakers very nicely as well.

These are brilliant, especially for old feet, which can start to hurt after long periods of standing. They give both support and comfort.
