Helpful!
The only thing I was dissatisfied with is dust on the edges or else this is amazing really helpful, better than my school mindfulness exercises lol 😂 anyway of you have anxiety or want yourself to get in the habit of journaling or anything like that this is great! An amazing investment!

Definitely recommended! Have been using it for a while now. Love the little games and exercises that train my focus on the present. They don’t always work. But it’s nice to spend a short time everyday focusing on just me and just right now. Daily usage of the book is the key :)

I've had the book for about two weeks now. I pick it up every couple days and do a few of the mindfulness exercises. It helps me focus on the now. I'd like to do it everyday and plan on working towards that. I'd say that the book is geared more towards beginners Of mindfulness. I'd consider myself a beginner, I'm really enjoying the book. It's has cute and quirky quotes, drawings and exercises to get and keep you in the now.

I was very disappointed by this book. I don't feel like doing the exercises it proposes. It's very basic. A waste of time ad of money.
