These smart shades are fantastic. If you're considering buying smart shades, this is the one you want. My bathroom is dark now you cannot see. I wanted this because the window is east facing and sun pours in bright and early, interrupting the blackout curtains in my bedroom. Once the shade was installed, no light got through and the temperature in there has been greatly reduced. The shades open and close smoothly and quiety. Measure distances/size carefully before you order. I measured the size when placing the order, marked it step by step with the customer service, and then placed the order. I received it and installed it. The size was just right, without much error.

I ordered those blinds back in May and when they arrived I realized they were a bit short and not covering the whole window, and that it's best to have u-shaped channels on each side to make to completely blackout. I contacted customer care and they were very helpful with resolving the issue and finding the right solution. It took a little bit longer than I thought but now I have a complete blackout bedroom and the motor is very smooth and quiet. Seems to be of very good quality. Very happy with it!
