You would always need to wear a nipple covers underneath. Coming to the product, it is amazing for busty women, I am a quite busty and always face issue with fit for saagy breasts but this product worked perfectly under everything from tshirts to k Sarees. The lace on the strap makes it look quite feminine and beautiful as well. Its been almost six months now, the only issue I feel is that cloth on the cup area and the strap elastic has stretched a little, but thats normal for bras that are used by heavy busted women. So overall a good product.
