The reviews about the item being beat up even if the outer shipping box is fine are true. Luckily, I don't care about that as I bought him to crack open and play with just like the old days. My imagination may not be what it once was in my childhood, but it is good enough to take out my He-Man guys and have a little fun! Considering I bought it to open, it didn't bother me in the least that the cars was a bit mangled. The important part is this is the Duncan I grew up watching on TV and I now have him in hand!

From my experience, this was a disappointment. I was not expecting my item to be as damaged as it was, 0 precautions were taken. Hopefully yours is in a state than mine.. Not collector friendly
