Product arrived today, is exactly as described. I've tried out the fittings on massager mode, and all are universally satisfactory... Haven't tried out the heat mode though. The only slight downside to this product is that it doesn't have more than one options for power - in other words, there is no gentle and strong option for vibration or heat according to our needs, just one steady point. And that one is quite strong... I'd have preferred it to be a bit lighter, but that's just my personal choice. It's a great product overall. Value for money. And it's the only option that covers hair, face, joints and general body requirements. đđđ
