I have tried and tested other BP monitors, and found inconsistent results, thought of giving up on electronic blood pressure monitors. I came across the reviews of the Omron HEM7600T, I purchased it immediately and now I can say that it is one of my few satisfying purchases. The machine is efficient, claiming to have “Intellisense” technology. It has no tubes, nothing to connect to. Cuff is adequately sized, which enables to measure the blood pressure of all sized people. It senses the pulse accurately and is so sensitive, it is able to pick up ambience noise and report an error. It’s compact and convenient, easy to carry around. I compared the readings with other mercury containing instruments and found it to be closest in accuracy. I liked everything about this instrument, except two not so good features: Omron seriously misses a carrying case, and it’s price, which is a bit steeper. However, a nice case at this price could have compensated the heartburn caused by burnt wallet.

Bought many models ,best yet .. placement of tubing down middle is not critical here unlike other models ,very long battery life ,impressive ,quite accurate compared to mercury.worth the expensive buy it it

Pros: 1.) The product is of top notch quality. 2.) Most importantly you can it use it to measure your own blood pressure without the help of a another person. 3.) The machine automatically detects if the cuff is not worn properly. 4.) It says it can detect arrhythmia. I haven't tested this feature. Hopefully I won't have to :) 5.) You can upload the Blood Pressure reading to your mobile via Bluetooth & the Omron app. But it cannot store the data for multiple users. Cons: 1.) Super expensive. I really doubt people in India will consider purchasing this when u can purchase a machine of exactly the same accuracy in 1/10th price. 2.) Accuracy is average or you can say just like any other digital B.P. monitor. There is always a +/- 15 mmHg inaccuracy in reading.

Poor performances, in accurate reading futher consulted with medical practitioner, after he compare with manual and other digital monitors, it confirmed that this equipment is not accurate and not performing its purpose

The reading of Omron HEM7600 T is almost same as that of doctor's BP apparatus. Only thing with Omron BP monitor is the battery discharges soon. I have to buy Li Ion batteries .Though the price is high this one is reliable and accurate.

Pros: 1.) Ease of use - Due to it's tubeless design, it is not required to align the cuff with the brachial artery. So, it is easier to use, especially if you have to take readings on your own. Note: Finding the brachial artery by pulse location might be simple if you are a healthcare professional or practice this regularly. For everyone else, this BP monitor is very convenient! 2.) Digital - Not just in displaying the BP readings, but the ecosystem as well, i.e. you can upload the reading to your Omron app via Bluetooth. 3.) Fit - This fits on above average bicep sizes (like 9-9.5 inches) as well as smaller bicep sizes (like 14-14.5 inches). It might be a fit for sizes outside this range as well. I haven't tested it on anyone outside this range! 4.) Overall good build quality - feels premium. Cons: brachial 1.) Without any offers, the price is a bit expensive, but got it at 8.3k during the great Indian festival sale. So, I feel this is a not a major con. Try to buy this in a sale! 2.) After putting the batteries inside, the battery cover took a few tries to close fully. Since replacing battery is once in a few months activity, this is a minor con.

It is meant to be placed on the left arm and by mistake, if you put it on the right-hand user interface will not be visible. This avoids any human error. Monitors irregular heartbeat and gives an alert even if you look normal, this feature help in the early finding of any heart problem. Doctors ask us to keep log all data which is a very tedious job to make a note and it becomes more horrible when you are sick. Bluetooth feature help makes a log automatically upload on your Mobile Omron Connect App and generate a log file which we can easily send through any chatting app or email. It’s worth buying Omron HEM 7600T considering all the above features.
